Yes, although many landlords prefer to be told first so they can cover the cost. We can provide a simple invoice for tenants to claim back if needed.

Will treatment damage paintwork or render?

No. The insecticide is applied in small amounts directly at the nest entrance and does not stain surfaces.

Do you need access to my loft?

Usually only if the nest is inside the loft and the only safe access is from above. Many roof nests can be treated externally at the eaves.

The most common domestic call-outs are wasps coming and going from a small gap under the eaves, activity around a chimney or vent, or a nest discovered inside a loft, shed or garage. We treat all of these at the same £99 fixed price.
