Terms of Service

Our £99 fixed price covers the treatment of a single accessible wasp or hornet nest within our standard 20-mile service area from St Albans, including a return visit if the same nest is still active afterwards.

The guarantee covers the treated nest only. It does not cover a new, separate nest that appears later in the season or a different location on the property. Where safe access to a nest is not possible without specialist equipment, we will discuss and quote any additional work in advance — we will never proceed without your agreement.

Payment is due on completion of the visit by card or bank transfer. Commercial customers may be invoiced with standard seven-day terms.
